Shane West was born and raised in Fresno, California to the parents of Carl and Elaine West, born into a family of alcoholism and drug addiction, Shane found himself addicted to cocaine by the age of 14, and bound to a crack cocaine pipe by age 16.

Pastor Shane West has an incredible passion for Jesus and it is in that passion that he has been called one of the leading voices to this generation. His ministry has been marked by unique ways of ministering, and God has used him as a means to bring revival and genuine transformation in the hearts and lives of thousands. Pastor Shane could be defined in part as being real, relevant and very responsive to the needs of people. Thousands of people have felt the impact from his life, testimony and ministry, Shane West has witnessed a great outpouring of God’s Spirit and presence and with the Lord's help and leading, he has witnessed many mighty revivals with sign and wonders following from state to state. His anointing has been recognized throughout the years as a special anointing, not always seen and seldom felt in the hour that we live in today. In 2006 Pastor Shane and his wife Dana founded The Church of Champions in Clarksville, Tennessee, which is now one of the fastest growing churches in the city. The story of The Church of Champions continues and is being recognized by hundreds world wide. Pastor Shane travelled for 18 years as a full time evangelist and still continues to travel the globe with his evangelistic and healing ministry, but there is no place he would rather be than home with The Church of Champions, "Clarksville's Most Exciting Church!"
